The Human Design

Image
The Human Design... What is it? the Human design was created by Alan Robert Krakower author of the book The Human Design System. It is a system based of the combination of  I Ching, Astrology, the Chakras, Kabbalah, Quantum physics. This is also called a Body Graph. Therefore, it is based on spiritual and science. I came across this idea on a video this week and I was fascinated! Therefore, I wanted to share some information for anyone that is interested in learning more about themselve's and expand their perception or you can just try it for fun! It is time for transformation and things are changing... it is a great time to wonder and look within.  I believe this is a great tool to get to know yourself better! The Human Design body graph is calculated with your name, birth date, the time you were born, birth country, and birth city. I used two different websites that are completely free (I'll list them down below) so if you are interested check it out!😊💓 https://...

I AM...

Image
I Am...     I am happy, I am confident, I am accepting of all that I am, I am healthy, I am abundance, I am deserving of all that I desire. These are some examples, of I am positive affirmations but there are millions! I was listening to an I Am positive affirmation meditation video this morning and it got me thinking. How easy or difficult is it to change your mindset? I have tried to use positive affirmations when I remember a couple times a week. I am busy working and on my two days off I am stuck with errands, so it is hard to focus on myself.  I always tell myself "Oh Ill do it tomorrow". I am sure many can identify with me. However, now You and I have the time to practice these positive I am affirmations! So I would like to challenge you to look into a mirror or even just randomly when your in the shower Start saying I am... You could even look up some affirmations that resonate well with you. I keep thinking how much of what we were told or taught when...

Thought I would share some motivation for today. We are all going through a rough time right now. However, it is important to remember after it rains the sun comes back up sometimes even brighter than it was before it rained. After darkness there is light. It will get better. I know it is hard to be patient I am going through negative thoughts too, but the best thing we can do is keep hope up and trust in the universe/ God/ the divine/ whoever or whatever you believe in that everything Unfolds in perfect timing. We are where we are supposed to be to learn something ans be ready for better things to come soon!

How my Spiritual Journey Started

Image
So I am someone who has always considered herself a hard worker. I work hard all the time as I have believed since I was child that good things and prosperity come from hard work only. I think it came from when I was a little girl and seeing my dad have two to three jobs at a time. I only saw him was when he came home to eat lunch/dinner from his morning job and then left right away to his night job. I also saw him on Sundays which was his only day off. As time went by I saw how hard he worked every single day, all day and he provided for my mother, sister, and I.  I learned from watching that I can only have the things I want and need by hard work. Therefore, I perceived life in this way. Fast forward to the present! I have a full time job as A retail supervisor position at a great place. I love what I sell and believe in the products. However, I spread myself thin and say yes to every time I am asked for extra work that is needed for the s...

How to Make Easy Fresas Con Crema! (my recipe)

Image
Hope everyone is staying healthy and sane! Earlier this week I decided to have a little fun with my little brother in the kitchen. We decided to make a little dessert to enjoy. This is one of my most favorites desserts from my culture. It is called fresas con crema which translates in English to strawberries with cream.  So whether you are making this delicious dessert by yourself or with your kids anyone can make it! Ingredients Strawberries (cut into small bite sized) Sour cream (I use Mexican sour cream without salt) La Lechera Can (1 or 2 cans depending how much you are making or how sweet you like it) Vanilla extract Granola Supplies Cutting board Knife Large Bowl Spatula Tablespoon Teaspoon Steps Wash and cut your strawberries, as many as you wish to make. I used about 1 full package of regular size from the groceries store and it was enough for 3 people. (My boyfriend, brother, and I) Grab a bowl to put all your cut...
