Why To Love Your Body As Is!

Image
Say It With Me! I Love My Body! My Body Is Perfect! I Love Myself! Today when I woke up I checked my emails and I saw one of Paul Fishman's email.  Now, if you don't  know who he is, Paul Fishman is a self love and confidence mentor. He talks about on his email  how he had posted a picture of himself at the beach showing off his gorgeous body!  He posted  his picture as a powerful message to inspire confidence and accept your own body as is! Guess what!? Instagram took it down.  Paul said Instagram stated it was violating community guidelines! As a social experiment he then decided to report  some pictures he had seen that are more provocative just to see what would happen. He received an answer back from In stagram saying his reports were not valid yet his own post was violating community guidelines!  How does this even make sense? Paul Fishman expresses "Why is my body being censored? Is it because my body doesn't look like the mainstream expectations of beauty?"

Question Everything!

Why this? Why that? I feel like we hear this mostly when kids are asking us "But why?" the annoying feeling we get when they want to know everything but we may not have all the answers ourselves. However, now that I think about it,,, kids are on to something. They are so curious about the world. They question how things work or why. As we grow we learn things and we gain knowledge but not of everything,,, we don't know everything. Lets face it we can never stop learning. However, I have seen many people that just accept what they know and that is it. That is good enough for them. They don't want to know more or they are not curious. Curiosity . That is what it is about. Now, I'm not saying that some people are stupid because they don't care to be curious and want to learn more. I am saying we have accepted the fact of what we do know and we are content. We are used to it. But What If? We are more curious and we start asking why? We open our minds up. It is a

Why Self Love is an important Journey

Image
What is Self Love?  Self Love if you look it up on Google is a regard for one's own well being and happiness.  But it is MUCH more than that! Self Love is knowing who you truly are, the bad and good, and yet Accepting yourself ... the bad and the good things better yet Loving yourself just exactly as is. Also not judging yourself.  Everything shapes who you are.  All those mistakes you have made, all the pain you have gone through, the things you have "failed"  are a part of you as well as the accomplishments you have made. In order to truly love yourself you have to reflect and accept ALL of You! It has been said that we are our own enemy. This is true! I feel like our mind is sneaky. You know that voice in your head that tells you.. "You are not good enough" " Are you kidding me You cant do that!?"  "You will never past this test" " He wont like you" "You are Ugly". Those are examples of what we tell ourselves and puts

The Human Design

Image
The Human Design... What is it? the Human design was created by Alan Robert Krakower author of the book The Human Design System. It is a system based of the combination of  I Ching, Astrology, the Chakras, Kabbalah, Quantum physics. This is also called a Body Graph. Therefore, it is based on spiritual and science. I came across this idea on a video this week and I was fascinated! Therefore, I wanted to share some information for anyone that is interested in learning more about themselve's and expand their perception or you can just try it for fun! It is time for transformation and things are changing... it is a great time to wonder and look within.  I believe this is a great tool to get to know yourself better! The Human Design body graph is calculated with your name, birth date, the time you were born, birth country, and birth city. I used two different websites that are completely free (I'll list them down below) so if you are interested check it out!😊💓 https://w

I AM...

I Am...     I am happy, I am confident, I am accepting of all that I am, I am healthy, I am abundance, I am deserving of all that I desire. These are some examples, of I am positive affirmations but there are millions! I was listening to an I Am positive affirmation meditation video this morning and it got me thinking. How easy or difficult is it to change your mindset? I have tried to use positive affirmations when I remember a couple times a week. I am busy working and on my two days off I am stuck with errands, so it is hard to focus on myself.  I always tell myself "Oh Ill do it tomorrow". I am sure many can identify with me. However, now You and I have the time to practice these positive I am affirmations! So I would like to challenge you to look into a mirror or even just randomly when your in the shower Start saying I am... You could even look up some affirmations that resonate well with you. I keep thinking how much of what we were told or taught when we were

Thought I would share some motivation for today. We are all going through a rough time right now. However, it is important to remember after it rains the sun comes back up sometimes even brighter than it was before it rained. After darkness there is light. It will get better. I know it is hard to be patient I am going through negative thoughts too, but the best thing we can do is keep hope up and trust in the universe/ God/ the divine/ whoever or whatever you believe in that everything Unfolds in perfect timing. We are where we are supposed to be to learn something ans be ready for better things to come soon!

How my Spiritual Journey Started

Image
So I am someone who has always considered herself a hard worker. I work hard all the time as I have believed since I was child that good things and prosperity come from hard work only. I think it came from when I was a little girl and seeing my dad have two to three jobs at a time. I only saw him was when he came home to eat lunch/dinner from his morning job and then left right away to his night job. I also saw him on Sundays which was his only day off. As time went by I saw how hard he worked every single day, all day and he provided for my mother, sister, and I.  I learned from watching that I can only have the things I want and need by hard work. Therefore, I perceived life in this way. Fast forward to the present! I have a full time job as A retail supervisor position at a great place. I love what I sell and believe in the products. However, I spread myself thin and say yes to every time I am asked for extra work that is needed for the store. I want that extra
